Welcome to the Building Information Request online application. This application is only for payment via credit credit. Applications paid by cash/debit/cheque or invoicing must use the PDF form.
You will be provided an email confirming your application confirmation. We strive to provide a detailed email response within 3-5 days of the application, however a response may take longer depending on the circumstances.
